Wayne Jablonowski brings to the Alternative Dispute Resolution process a depth of knowledge of the construction industry, its disputes, and its legal issues. He has an understanding of the need to achieve closure of disputes, and experience and success in resolving legal disputes by either Arbitration or Mediation.
Wayne’s legal career has spanned over 20 years as a practicing lawyer in state and federal courts. Even before practicing law he was a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Construction Arbitrators. Prior to practicing law, Wayne obtained a degree in civil engineering and worked in the construction industry managing a variety of construction projects, large and small. He has vast knowledge in the construction
business obtained while managing commercial construction projects for medium and large general contractors. He has proficient knowledge of all phases of the construction project, including construction defects, breach of contracts, general contractor and subcontractor contracts, design errors and omissions, CPM scheduling, etc. He has been accepted in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court as an expert in the field of construction.
Wayne has served as a mediator, arbitrator, or evaluator in a broad spectrum of construction cases. He is approved as a mediator and arbitrator panel member with the American Arbitration Association and in matters in which he is hired directly by parties or counsel for the parties.
